The capacitive level switch uses the probe (sensing electrode) and barrel wall (grounding electrode) of the switch as the two electrode plates of the capacitor. When the measured object accumulates and comes into contact with the electrode, the capacitance between the electrode and the metal tank wall or grounding electrode increases. When the stacking height of the measured object drops and no longer comes into contact with the electrode, the capacitance decreases and the contact signal returns to its initial state. The unique analysis and processing unit of the level switch detects the magnitude of this change, When this change reaches the set value of the switch, the switch signal output is converted for control purposes, thereby reflecting the height of the measured medium or material interface.
