Structural Principles
The magnetic float level switch uses magnetic force to operate, no mechanical connection parts, and the operation is simple and reliable. When the float switch is floated by the measured medium, the float drives the main body to move, and the magnet at the other end of the float will control the magnet on the switch action lever.
In a closed metal or plastic tube, set one or more magnetic reed switches, and then pass the tube through one or more floating balls that are hollow with ring magnets inside, and use a fixed ring to control the floating ball and the magnetic reed. The switch is in the relevant position to make the float float up and down within a certain range. Use the magnet in the float to attract the contacts of the reed switch to generate the opening and closing action.

Relationship between liquid properties and float
- The specific gravity of the floating ball is made with water as the reference point. The specific gravity of the liquid is different, and the position of the action point of the floating ball will change. When the specific gravity of the liquid is small, the part of the floating ball immersed in the liquid will be relatively increased. Considering that the specific gravity of the liquid is greater than the specific gravity of the float, otherwise the
float cannot float and the contacts of the reed switch cannot be converted. - There is a magnet inside the float. When there is iron in the liquid, the iron should be filtered first, otherwise it will affect the normal floating of the float and cause abnormal action points.
- Use larger float balls for viscous liquids (won’t dry), which can prevent the liquid from sticking to the float balls when it rises and falls, causing abnormal action points.
