The magnetic flap level gauge is installed on the extension pipe outside the tank, and the liquid level inside the tank can be clearly known by the flap indicator. The product is suitable for flammable, explosive and corrosive toxic liquid level detection, and has the characteristics of local display direct reading. For electrical contact signal output and long-distance liquid level signal transmission.
Measurement Principle
The magnetic level gauge is designed according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. A ring-shaped magnet float is installed in the closed tube. When the liquid level in the measured tank tank rises and falls, the float in the body tube of the level gauge also rises and falls. The permanent magnet steel in the float is transmitted to the onsite indicator through magnetic coupling, and pushes the red and white flipping columns to turn 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flipping column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flipping column turns from red to white. The red and white boundaries of the indicator are the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, so as to realize the height of the liquid level.
