Measuring principle
The anti rotation material level switch uses a clutch to connect the motor with the transmission shaft. When the motor is not in contact with the material, it maintains normal operation. When the blade contacts the material and causes resistance, the blade stops rotating. The limit switch is activated, and the output contact signal reflects the material level height. At the same time, the motor power is turned off. The motor stops rotating. When the stacking height of the measured material decreases and no longer hinders the blade rotation, the motor restarts, The contact signal returns to its initial state.
