The Horizontal mounted float level switch utilizes the floating ball to rise or fall to about 20 degrees with the liquid level due to the buoyancy of the liquid. Under the action of a lever, the arm end swings accordingly, thereby driving the micro switch (or magnetic spring switch) inside the junction box to turn on or off.
Structural Principles
The side mounted floating ball level switch utilizes the principle of liquid buoyancy. When the floating ball moves up and down due to buoyancy, the magnetic spring switch in the junction box is affected by the arm end magnet, and is used to exchange the “NC” contact with the “NO” contact. The same principle is applied to the microswitch device, where the magnet in front of the microswitch and the arm end magnet mutually repel each other and push the microswitch, causing “NC” and “NO” actions.

SUS304/316 material, suitable for high-temperature or high-pressure barrel grooves
Both side and top mounted can be installed, and the protection level of the junction box is IP65
The connecting flange has specifications such as 92 x 92, JIS, DIN, and ANSI; Teeth with 1-1/2, 2 ″ PT, BSP or customer specified specifications
Up to 50kg/cm ^ 2 withstand voltage, suitable for a specific gravity of 0.3~0.8
Product Usage
Float level controllers are suitable for controlling liquid in open or pressurized containers during industrial production processes. When the liquid level reaches the low limit, the relay contact can act as a signal alarm device or a switch in circuits such as electric pumps.
This controller is suitable for industries such as water treatment, petrochemical, boiler, and shipbuilding.
