Plastic cable float switch, the contact parts are micro switches, and the wetted part is made of plastic PP. The product can be used in corrosive environments below 80 °C, making it widely used in liquid level control of various large containers.And it is widely used in sewage treatment, wells, water supply, drainage, fire fighting and other liquid level automatic control environments containing corrosive liquids.
Measurement principle
The cable float level switch is integrally formed by plastic injection. It uses a micro switch or a dry reed switch as a contact part, and the switch is connected to a three-core cable. When the cable float is raised at a certain angle with the weight as the origin (usually the upward angle of the micro switch is 28°±2°, and the upward angle of the reed switch is 10°±2°), the switch will output an ON or OFF signal.
